Prescribing, Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation

Review dates are a guide.  If a document is showing as past it’s review date, please be assured that the content is still current and that we will provide an update in due course.

Over the next few weeks, you may notice some changes to the Prescribing, Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation section on KNoW as Norfolk and Suffolk colleagues work together to align guidance documents and pathways.

If you are trying to access ‘Norfolk’ documents that are already published on KNoW, these can now be found within the PPMO section under Norfolk Legacy Documents and Links – Knowledge NoW

A new section called ‘Suffolk Legacy Documents and Links’ is in development and will be populated with Suffolk documents.

Another new section is called ‘Norfolk and Suffolk ICB Documents and Links’.  As the team review, update and align documents, they will be moved to this section.

Once all documents have been reviewed, aligned and moved, the legacy sections will be removed.
