Cervical Screening

Cervical cancer screening is available to all women with a cervix, aged 25 to 64.

• Women aged 25–54 will receive an automatic invitation every 3 years.
• Women aged 55–64 will receive an automatic invitation every 5 years.

If you have received an invitation in the past 3 or 5 years but did not respond, you are still eligible for a smear test. Please contact you GP practice to book an appointment.
