Screening and Treatment for STI’s, and Screening for HIV
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are common and can be transmitted through sexual contact. Many STIs are treatable at a sexual health clinic or through your local GP practice. It is important to understand that many STIs don’t show symptoms. The only way to know for sure if you have an STI is to get tested. Most STIs need treatment. The treatment will depend on which STI you have, although many require a course of antibiotics.
